Know Your Fortune: Homage to San Francisco
I once lived in San Francisco and still love the city. This series of paintings was inspired by a fortune cookie I recently got that had no fortune in it, just the command Know Your Fortune. Hmmm—no nice adage, no guidance: how do I do that? It seemed like fun to work on that idea in paint, both as abstracted San Francisco scenes and more interior images.
Acrylic on canvas, 16”x20”, unframed
